Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Provide effective individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities to promote healing and growth.
\n
• Implement treatment techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy tailored to each client’s treatment plan.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.

• Design personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and involve ongoing assessment of client progress.
\n
• Facilitate crisis interventions when necessary, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to safeguard clients’ health.

• Document all interactions and interventions meticulously, upholding legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups, enhancing the therapeutic experience for participants.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
