Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, ensuring consistent direct service hours are maintained.

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to understand the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.

• Develop and collaboratively establish initial treatment plans in partnership with patients, ensuring that they align with their personal goals and clinical needs.

• Create and oversee aftercare and discharge plans, facilitating smooth transitions for clients as they progress in their recovery process.

• Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of counseling services through continuous evaluation and adaptation of treatment strategies.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned by your supervisor, contributing to the overall success and mission of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients include a diverse range of individuals facing co-occurring disorders, such as mental health issues alongside substance use challenges. You will work with adults, children, and family units, addressing their unique needs through tailored therapeutic approaches. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in New York State is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health services.

• Demonstrated experience in marriage and family therapy, particularly with diverse populations, is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• A proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and professional qualifications.
