Executive Administrative Assistant to the CFO

Fulton Montgomery Regional Chamber of Commerce

Overview This position provides executive support to the CFO and the Business Office. The Executive Administrative Assistant maintains contract files, manages the p‑card program for Liberty and related companies, schedules and coordinates meetings, and handles various administrative tasks. Qualifications Associate’s degree with at least one year of experience or five years of experience in an administrative assistant capacity. Ability to work independently, strong organizational and office skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English. Responsibilities Assist the CFO with administrative duties such as answering phones, taking messages, confirming attendance at meetings, distributing mail, and typing. Maintain cash control, including checking/cash logs, agency check signing, and hand check preparation per established standards. Produce monthly journal entries related to Food and Household Account reconciliations. Maintain all agency permanent files to support the annual audit and obtain quotes as directed. Manage all program Purchase Card (P‑card) accounts and reconcile agency property/vehicle insurance documentation. Attend required training.
