Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges and develop targeted treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness techniques to guide clients towards personal growth.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly monitor their progress to adjust treatment strategies as needed.

• Utilize teletherapy technology to provide accessible virtual sessions, particularly for clients facing barriers to in-person appointments.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training and workshops, to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily engage with a diverse population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Our clients come from various backgrounds and life experiences, and we encourage Counselors to adopt a culturally responsive approach that respects and honors their unique perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as an LSCSW, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, LCMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, showing active listening skills and a compassionate disposition.

• Capability to manage time effectively and demonstrate strong organizational skills, ensuring that client sessions are productive and well-coordinated.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical or private practice setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and client management processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
