Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. A Master's Degree is preferred.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of experience in counseling or a related field, with demonstrable skills in therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to effectively engage with clients.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to assess and address client needs adequately.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and productivity.
