Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
• Follow up with customers, and internal departments regarding ongoing projects and requests.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and project-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documentation.
• Perform data entry and update information in company systems.
• Communicate with team members to provide updates and obtain necessary information.
• Handle confidential information professionally and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Driver Licenses.
