Executive Legal Recruiter I NYC I LHH Recruitment Solutions We are working with a reputable midsize AmLaw200 firm in their search for a Tax/Executive Compensation attorney. This is a very unique role in that it incorporates both traditional transactional tax law and executive compensation work, supporting a wide range of corporate transactions for both practices. Work on advising clients on tax issues related to complex corporate work such as mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, fund formations, real estate investments, and cross-border investments.
