Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate supportive individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings, and promote interpersonal skills among peers.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses both psychological and emotional needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed, ensuring client safety and creating effective safety plans.

• Maintain well-documented records in compliance with ethical standards and legal obligations, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for timely and accurate documentation.

Qualifications\n
