Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and provide therapeutic interventions to a diverse client population.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Engage with clients using various tools such as video consultations, secure messaging, and goal-tracking software.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients facing a myriad of challenges, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), grief, and other mental health issues. By forming meaningful therapeutic relationships, you will empower individuals to develop coping strategies, work through their challenges, and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid, independent, and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience, ideally in a telehealth setting.

• Access to a stable internet connection and a computer with audio/video capabilities for effective communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n
