Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, employing evidence-based methodologies and continuous evaluation.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at improving communication and bonding, offering strategies to navigate relationship dynamics.

• Assess and accurately diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools to form effective treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds and life experiences, making cultural competence and empathy vital aspects of the therapeutic process. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating proven methodologies in treatment.

• Ability to work effectively both autonomously and in collaboration with peers and healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
