Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs and challenges of clients, employing evidence-based approaches and therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate couples therapy where you help partners navigate issues such as communication breakdowns, conflicts, and relational dynamics.

• Work with families to improve communication patterns and address interpersonal issues, guiding them toward healthier relationship dynamics.

• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, setting achievable goals and regularly evaluating progress.

• Evaluate and diagnose mental health disorders, using standardized assessment tools to ensure accurate treatment planning.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited university.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating hands-on proficiency in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and inclusive of a sign-on bonus.
