Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with our long-term growth objectives in the New Jersey market. Coach sales producers through complex negotiations and help them refine their unique presentation styles. Analyze regional trends and competitive dynamics to ensure our offerings remain ahead of the curve. Collaborate with executive leadership to refine our outreach strategies and overall agency culture. Requirements Valid NJ Property & Casualty Producer License. Minimum of 7 years in insurance sales leadership. Deep expertise in commercial lines coverage and market placement. Strong command of agency management systems and data-driven reporting. Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
