Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and engage directly with clients experiencing major mental illnesses and significant emotional disturbances in diverse school settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving school-aged children and adolescents who are experiencing mental health challenges, including emotional and behavioral disorders. You will work closely with students, parents, and school staff, ensuring that mental health services are integrated into the educational process. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with youth in a mental health or educational setting.

• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessments, therapeutic modalities, and crisis intervention, tailored to children and adolescents.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in articulating complex information in a clear and compassionate manner.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a caseload and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with agency policies.
