Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Arrowhead Mental Counseling Center, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities that directly impact the well-being of your clients:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to fit the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient records are up-to-date and reflect the highest standards of care.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to coordinate care and provide holistic treatment options for every patient.

• Engage in regular peer review meetings and case consultations to further develop your clinical skills and enhance service delivery quality.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve children and adolescents within a school setting, addressing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavior disorders, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona, signifying your expertise and commitment to the field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
