Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Provide consultation regarding crisis intervention, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans as needed.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to support the clinical decision-making process.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavioral support plans, ensuring all strategies align with best practices.

• Document client interactions and care processes in compliance with regulatory standards and deadlines.
\n
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation activities to uphold the quality of our services.

• Build and maintain partnerships with state agencies and community organizations to enhance service delivery and discover new funding sources.

• Engage in professional development activities by attending conferences, workshops, and meetings relevant to behavioral health.

• Promote the agency's mission and values through active involvement in community outreach and education.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to further the clinic's goals and objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population comprising individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our approach is tailored to meet the cultural, social, and emotional needs of each client, ensuring that they feel respected and understood throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license issued by the state of Florida.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate clinical records and prepare comprehensive reports.

• A proven capacity to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, allowing for the effective expression of ideas and client needs.

• Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities based on professional knowledge.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing telehealth services is preferred.

• Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based treatment modalities.
