Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, ensuring a thorough understanding of their personal circumstances.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific goals and assessment findings, using evidence-based methodologies.

• Facilitate a variety of therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a spectrum of mental health issues.

• Monitor and document clients' progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans in response to therapeutic feedback and observed outcomes to optimize effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver comprehensive and holistic care that attends to all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Advocate for clients' rights and access to a wide range of mental health services and community resources, ensuring they receive the support they need beyond therapy.

• Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards as dictated by state licensing boards and professional organizations, maintaining a high standard of practice.

This role focuses on serving a diverse population with varying mental health needs, including individuals dealing with mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Proficient understanding of psychopharmacology, allowing for effective collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to enhance client outcomes.
