Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Health Benefits Behavioral Center, you will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.

• Strong proficiency in implementing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions that are adaptable to the diverse needs of clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients effectively.
