Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individualized therapy to children and adolescents, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused strategies.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that set specific, measurable goals and interventions aimed at fostering emotional and psychological well-being.

• Collaborate with a network of interdisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and educational staff, to coordinate care and support individualized learning environments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient environment, particularly with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
