Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with patients to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose and address mental health issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques to meet varying client needs.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and care plans in accordance with confidentiality standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to outside specialists when additional support is needed.

Your primary focus will be working with diverse populations, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family systems issues. You will tailor your approach to meet clients at various stages of their mental health journey, ensuring that each interaction is personalized and empowering. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of New Jersey.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings with a focus on family systems.

• Comfort and competence in using teletherapy services and technology.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Certification or specific training in addiction therapy or treatment modalities.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for addressing co-occurring disorders.

• A strong foundation in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the attractive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
