Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of client mental health statuses, enabling the development of personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Your clients will represent a diverse array of backgrounds and challenges, encompassing individuals dealing with varying degrees of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Additionally, candidates with a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) are also encouraged to apply.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Exhibiting empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in response to clients’ varied experiences and challenges.

• Effective organizational and time management skills to handle administrative tasks along with a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in providing therapy in outpatient settings, preferably with diverse populations.
