Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological status, crafting precise clinical diagnoses and individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Deliver therapeutic services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), depending on client issues.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, employing effective de-escalation techniques and supportive counseling.

• Document and maintain meticulous client records, including progress notes, treatment evaluations, and assessment results, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate regularly with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive care by sharing insights and integrating diverse approaches to treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
