Bookkeeper

A medical device company is seeking a Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, cash applications, collections, and administrative accounting functions. Responsibilities Enter sales orders into QuickBooks Process accounts payable and invoices Apply customer payments and maintain customer records Follow up on outstanding balances and collections Track and reconcile purchase orders Process employee expense reports Assist with day-to-day accounting and administrative functions Support accurate and timely financial recordkeeping Serve as backup support for other accounting team members when needed Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
