Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy services.
\n
• Keep thorough and accurate documentation of sessions, including treatment plans, ongoing assessments, and clinical notes, following company policy.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and medical personnel, to coordinate care and resources for clients.
\n
• Use innovative intervention strategies to help clients overcome challenges and meet their therapeutic goals.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued during their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma. Your expertise in marriage and family therapy will be vital in helping these clients navigate their unique circumstances and achieve lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or equivalent).

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Proficiency in writing clinical documentation, including DAs, treatment plans, and case notes from past experiences.

• A strong ability to set and maintain appropriate boundaries while effectively communicating with clients.

• Previous experience in fee collection during service sessions.
