Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions, functional mobility, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific goals, ensuring alignment with their progress and feedback.
• Administer hands-on therapy, utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and necessary lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient responses.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care and address patient needs holistically.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring confidentiality and appropriate documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
