Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of orthopedic patients to determine their specific therapy needs and establish personalized treatment plans that align with physician directives.
• Critical analysis of patient progress through ongoing assessments, resulting in timely adjustments to therapy routines and interventions as necessary.
• Provide evidence-based treatments including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to enhance recovery times and improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about in-home care techniques, exercise regimens, and strategies to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure that all aspects of the patient's care are managed effectively, sharing insights and recommendations that aid in holistic treatment approaches.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities, treatment plans, evaluations, and progress reports to comply with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
