Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional levels through specialized diagnostic tests to determine individual treatment plans.
• Implement and direct personalized physical therapy programs aimed at preventing disability and alleviating pain, focusing on muscle strength and joint mobility.
• Administer manual therapeutic techniques as well as guiding patients through non-manual exercises, ensuring they remain motivated and engaged throughout their rehabilitation.
• Utilize traction, massage, and apply various physical agents effectively, adapting techniques based on ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Evaluate, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices, working closely with physicians to recommend necessary modifications to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical systems to document progress and adapt care plans accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will predominantly work with patients experiencing orthopedic challenges, including but not limited to postoperative recovery from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will greatly impact geriatric patients who may require specialized attention to maintain mobility and perform daily activities safely.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in orthopedic settings, is essential.
• Proficient in orthopedic assessment techniques and developing strategic treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required to effectively collaborate with diverse healthcare team members and patients.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is necessary for efficient patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Working knowledge of current orthopedic treatment methodologies and rehabilitation strategies.
• Experience in geriatric care, acute care, and outpatient services will be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and educate patients and their families regarding rehabilitation goals and progress.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a performance-based bonus structure. Our benefits package includes:
