Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couple, or family therapy through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the specific needs and preferences of clients, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and ongoing risk evaluations to develop comprehensive client profiles.

• Regularly create, review, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on client progress, ensuring alignment with their therapeutic goals.

• Establish and maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries while building rapport and trust with clients to foster healing and growth.

• Support clients through various life transitions, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and identity exploration, equipping them with the necessary tools to thrive.
