While interacting with clients primarily through virtual channels, you may occasionally work from our outpatient office as needed for team collaboration and training sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health issues, strengths, and areas requiring support.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the distinct needs of each client while incorporating their personal goals and preferences.

• Deliver one-on-one virtual counseling sessions to address mental health concerns, employing a range of therapeutic modalities based on best practices.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions when appropriate, fostering a sense of community and shared experiences among participants.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans in response to evolving needs and therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in electronic medical records (EMRs).

• Collaborate with fellow counselors, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and share insights on client progress.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health treatment and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families experiencing a wide spectrum of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related discipline.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
