Are you the kind of person who loves getting the details right, keeping things organized, and helping customers get answers? We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will help keep customer accounts accurate and current by processing payments, solving payment-related questions, and maintaining reliable financial records.

This role is based in our Scottsdale, Arizona office and follows a hybrid schedule, with four days onsite and one day remote each week.

What You’ll Do

• Keep payments moving by processing, posting, scanning, and uploading customer payments, checks, wires, and deposits accurately and on time.
• Be a helpful resource for internal and external customers across phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Research and resolve billing, payment, account, and service questions.
• Help complete monthly dealer statements within required service levels and research statement questions as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer, supplier, payment, and accounts receivable records.
• Support collections efforts, reporting, and special projects that help the team run smoothly.
• Follow internal controls, financial policies, and procedures while looking for ways to improve accounts receivable workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• 2-3 years of accounts receivable experience required.
• Experience in high-volume transaction processing or handling customer account requests preferred.
• A detail-focused, organized approach and the ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to build positive working relationships with customers, dealers, agents, and team members.
• Curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to research issues and solve routine to moderately complex situations.
• Proficient computer and data entry skills, including Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Oracle EBS proficiency preferred.

Nice to Have

• Collections experience.
• Experience in a dealership environment or vehicle service contract industry.
• Familiarity with dealership operations.
• Basic understanding of SOX and financial controls.
