Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and understand patient needs.

• Hold regular counseling sessions with individuals or groups to deliver therapeutic support and guidance.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress through ongoing assessments and revisions of treatment plans as necessary.

• Deploy evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to help clients manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care and refer clients to specialists when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our practice is on individuals and families dealing with various mental health issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Our diverse client population includes children, adolescents, adults, and couples, with a special emphasis on inclusivity and cultural competence.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices, particularly in addiction counseling, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
