This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to comfortably serve clients from home while maintaining a work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client evaluations to determine psychological and emotional needs, using tools such as diagnostic interviews and standardized assessments.

• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family counseling, as needed.

• Document client progress and treatment plans meticulously within our electronic medical records system, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily involves working with children and adolescents who are experiencing diverse mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral disorders. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients and their families, often collaborating with caregivers to provide comprehensive care that promotes healthy development and emotional wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure/certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in providing mental health therapy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish trusting relationships with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems to document client interactions efficiently and securely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Deeply Well Counseling offers competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
