Work Environment\n

This role primarily operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with the team and clients. Our work environment is designed to cultivate creativity and support, where counselors are encouraged to collaborate with their peers and participate in ongoing professional development. Although full-time hours are standard from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, occasional evening or weekend availability may be required to accommodate client appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and create detailed reports that guide treatment decisions.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling using appropriate therapeutic interventions to support varying mental health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Pathways to Wholeness, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, and addiction issues. Your counseling skills will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and achieve personal development. We emphasize a holistic approach, understanding the multifaceted nature of mental health and the importance of addressing emotional, psychological, and social factors in treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated experience conducting both individual and group therapy within mental health settings.

• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, applicable to a variety of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Pathways to Wholeness offers a competitive salary range between $50,000 and $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
