Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish their baseline functioning.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing appropriate evidence-based therapeutic techniques aimed at addressing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Facilitate individual and, where applicable, group therapy sessions, equipping clients with constructive coping strategies and therapeutic tools.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans when necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions in electronic health records (EHR) systems to ensure continuity of care and compliance with state regulations.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners, including psychiatrists or support groups, when comprehensive care is needed.

• Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing training to ensure best practice compliance and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, who seek help for various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of four years of relevant mental health counseling experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of various psychological issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
