Work Environment\n

This is a full-time, remote position that thrives on the advancement of digital health solutions, allowing for flexibility in your schedule while you make an impactful difference in the lives of our clients. Ideal working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with the freedom to design your own schedule. There is no on-call work requirement, enabling a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly telehealth sessions with clients via live video, implementing evidence-based interventions tailored to their needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Provide support and consult with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and therapeutic effectiveness.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients facing a diverse array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will welcome and treat individuals from all backgrounds, committed to providing culturally responsive and inclusive care that respects the unique experiences and needs of every client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.

• A valid independent license as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• A minimum of one year of independent practice experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of recent experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy or other evidence-based therapies.

• Experience working with high-risk populations or diverse adult patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
