Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans that address each client’s unique mental health needs.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy, tailoring interventions for individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Engage in regular collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that promote positive patient outcomes.

• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities, such as workshops and trainings, to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Carecube, you will work with a diverse client population, primarily focusing on individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health resources. You will address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By offering compassionate care via telehealth, you will help empower clients on their journey toward improved mental health and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, with demonstrated skills in therapeutic practice.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse client base.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to enhance client care and outcomes.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly valued.

• Experience in delivering teletherapy or virtual counseling services is preferred but not essential.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
