Work Environment\n

This role is remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while fully engaging in telehealth services. Our therapists utilize state-of-the-art technology to conduct sessions, ensuring patient privacy and comfort. As we strive to deliver the most effective care, you will have access to ongoing training in telehealth best practices and cultural competency. Your schedule will primarily be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility to meet the varying needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique background and experiences, leading to personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's needs, ensuring cultural and personal context is considered at all times.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, facilitating open discussions to promote mental health and resilience.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care for our clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, applying your expertise to de-escalate and manage urgent situations.

• Empower patients and their families by educating them about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and resources in the community.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in alignment with legal and ethical requirements.

• Participate in case conferences and collaborative team meetings, offering insights and learning opportunities for all involved.

• Stay informed about emerging research, best practices, and culturally relevant methodologies that can enhance therapeutic efficacy.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse patient demographic that includes individuals from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds, as well as marginalized groups such as the LGBTQ+ community and immigrants. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, with specific knowledge of culturally responsive therapy practices.

• Proven experience providing both individual and group therapy, employing inclusive and sensitive approaches.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, enabling you to effectively manage challenging situations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to establish trust and rapport with patients.

• Technical proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year.
