Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency in adapting therapeutic strategies to fit individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Flexibility to deliver services in-person or virtually, as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized intervention plans for students with diverse needs
• Work closely with educators and parents to support student participation in classroom and extracurricular activities
• Document progress, manage caseloads, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Deliver occupational therapy services in both school and home health settings, tailoring sessions to maximize independence and developmental progress
• Incorporate teletherapy methods when appropriate, ensuring consistent support for remote learners
