Although you will be working from home, you will have the support of a close-knit clinical team. Our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a structured yet flexible work routine.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building strong therapeutic alliances while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans that ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions where clients are encouraged to express their emotions, explore their thoughts, and develop healthy coping strategies.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress with accurate and timely notes, ensuring transparency and accountability in treatment delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.

• Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
