Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at our center, you will play a pivotal role in addressing the mental health needs of students in a school environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive psychological assessments to understand each student’s strengths and challenges, followed by developing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and personalized strategies.

• Conducting group and individual therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), assisting students in learning coping skills and emotional regulation.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation to comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and contributing to seamless communication within the treatment team.

• Engaging in multidisciplinary team meetings with educators, psychologists, and other health professionals to collaboratively develop holistic approaches for each student’s well-being.
