Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients in therapeutic sessions through video conferencing, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

• Collaboratively develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs, while ensuring access to additional services as required.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing evidence-based screening tools to identify mental health issues and facilitate timely interventions.

• Provide psychotherapy, individual, group, and family therapy sessions focusing on trauma-informed care and resilience-building strategies.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to case discussions and the advancement of organizational goals through collaboration.

• Regularly monitor client progress through data-driven evaluations and ensure timely completion of all documentation and reporting functions.

• Provide crisis intervention and on-call support as needed, demonstrating the ability to respond calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients facing significant life-limiting illnesses and psychological distress related to their conditions in a hospice setting. This role requires sensitivity and understanding of grief, loss, and the emotional toll of chronic illness. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
