Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs via telephone or virtual meetings, ensuring effective engagement and information gathering.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions for students experiencing acute distress, enabling timely support and appropriate referrals to additional services.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments, collaborating with clients and their families to ensure that goals are realistic and measurable.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress while preparing detailed reports for management and compliance purposes.

• Provide regular updates and join interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss case progress and strategies for intervention with school staff and other professionals.

• Monitor and document potential signs of child abuse, ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable populations.

• Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in social work and mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Tennessee is necessary to practice.
