This remote position accommodates a flexible work schedule while ensuring you remain connected with your team through virtual collaboration tools. Our work environment values the balance of personal and professional responsibilities, enabling therapists to tailor their schedules primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient needs, our systems and communication practices ensure efficiency and connectivity across all team members.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed therapist at Hope Again Therapy, you will undertake a variety of essential responsibilities, including:

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this position at Hope Again Therapy, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

  Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches, demonstrating expertise in assessment and intervention techniques.

  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport with clients while maintaining professionalism.

  Experience in delivering individual and group therapy catering to a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

We strongly prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver effective therapy to various patient populations. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a collaborative approach to patient care are essential for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
