This position offers a flexible work schedule to accommodate the varied needs of our clients, including potential evening and weekend appointments, as well as the option for flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, couple, family, and group therapy employing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Implement specific therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to support clients on their path to healing.

• Design and manage personalized treatment plans, establishing clear objectives and measurable interventions for progress.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive treatment experience for clients.

• Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development activities to enhance service quality.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when required, ensuring comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical guidelines and standards.

Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals grappling with depression, couples undergoing relationship challenges, families navigating communication barriers, and survivors of trauma. Your role will involve working with these diverse populations, understanding their unique stories, and adapting therapeutic techniques to suit their specific contexts and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in various therapeutic modalities suited to treat diverse mental health issues.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with the LGBTQ+ community, multicultural populations, or within a community health setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
