Billing Manager

Seeking a detail-oriented Billing Manager, this full-time remote position will manage all billing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while overseeing the accounts receivable team and enhancing billing workflows for improved efficiency. Key responsibilities Oversee all client billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution, and manage AR and payment collection to maintain clean ledgers Act as the primary billing support, handling inquiries and escalating issues while ensuring alignment between billing outputs and contractual terms Monitor internal controls and compliance, enforcing policies and managing account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies promptly Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with large ERP systems, with knowledge of NetSuite SuiteBilling being a plus
