City Year
City Year is seeking an Academic Tutor & Mentor to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth in partner public schools. In this full-time, on-site role, you will provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, assist teachers with classroom activities, and mentor students to improve attendance, engagement, and confidence. Working as part of a diverse AmeriCorps team, you will track progress, collaborate with school staff, and participate in ongoing training and professional development while contributing to an inclusive, equity-focused school environment.
