Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy across a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of presenting concerns and therapeutic needs.

• Utilize our comprehensive billing service, which manages claims, handles client and insurance accounts receivable, performs benefit and eligibility checks, and coordinates payment plans.

• Complete timely and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment notes, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Maintain an organized schedule of ongoing appointments with clients, adapting to their needs while ensuring timely follow-up sessions.
\n
• Demonstrate an ability to work with various clinical presentations, applying well-honed therapeutic techniques to create customized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Self-motivated and organized, with effective time-management capabilities to handle a substantial caseload.

• Willing and able to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including availability for at least two evenings per week.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant training and/or experience working with couples is highly desirable and will be positively regarded.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or providing remote therapy services is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
