Project Coordinator

Insight Global Consulting is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale workforce and project operations program in Phoenix, AZ. This individual will serve as a key liaison between consultants, recruiting teams, project leadership, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and an exceptional consultant experience. Responsibilities Coordinate project activities, onboarding efforts, and workforce operations. Track project milestones, action items, risks, and reporting metrics. Serve as the primary point of contact for consultants throughout their assignments. Conduct consultant check-ins, support engagement initiatives, and address workforce concerns. Interview and screen candidates, document feedback, and assist with hiring operations. Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and workforce reports. Collaborate with recruiting teams, operations leaders, consultants, and client stakeholders to keep program objectives on track. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, recruiting operations, workforce management, client services, or a related field. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience conducting interviews and building relationships with candidates or employees. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Must reside in the greater Phoenix area. Preferred Experience Large-scale hiring initiatives or workforce ramp-ups. Manufacturing, construction, data center, or consulting environments. Consultant or employee engagement programs. Project management, reporting, scheduling, or risk tracking. Why Join?
