Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs and identify their strengths and challenges.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients, families, and groups, employing tailored interventions that respect and reflect cultural backgrounds and unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, to facilitate effective treatment.

• Develop and maintain detailed treatment plans that incorporate concrete goals, intervention strategies, and ongoing progress evaluation.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights and contribute to holistic care plans, ensuring that all aspects of a client's health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and establishing safety plans to support clients in acute distress.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and needs, connecting them with critical community resources while overseeing case management processes.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma, actively representing the organization at local events.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population across varying ages, socioeconomic backgrounds, and mental health issues. Your clients may include individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and ongoing grief management, particularly related to hospice care settings. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
