Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient’s specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to address a variety of family dynamics and mental health issues, including but not limited to conflicts between family members, grief and loss, job stress, and communication barriers.

• Facilitate therapy sessions focusing on parenting challenges, adjustment to separation or divorce, and blended family issues.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and ensure compliance with confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve clinical skills and knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits\n
