Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Wellspring Shift Wellness, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Facilitating sessions with couples and individuals to address a wide range of issues such as relationship conflicts, communication difficulties, grief and loss, and mental health challenges.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the specific needs of your clients.
\n
• Documenting client progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
\n
• Participating in team meetings and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to promote a holistic approach to patient care.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. Therapeutic interventions may involve clients facing:

• Substance abuse issues.
\n
• Trauma and abuse, both physical and psychological.
\n
• Grief, loss, and major life transitions.
\n
• Family dynamics, including blended families and conflicts between family members.
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Challenges with communication and interpersonal relationships.
\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LMFT license in Washington state.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, those with experience in teletherapy, a strong background in family systems therapy, and a demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations will be given priority. Additionally, candidates should be flexible in their availability to accommodate a variety of client needs, aiming for a commitment of at least 30 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
